Shipping & Delivery


All orders placed on our Australian website are sent from within Australia. 
We offer free shipping for all Australian domestic orders over $120 & free express shipping over $180.

Processing
Orders received over a weekend will commence processing on the following Monday. Orders made on a public holiday will commence processing the following business day. Please allow us up to three business days for processing.

Please note, orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one package, in which case multiple tracking numbers will be provided. However, we aim to post multiple items together where possible. 

As soon as your order is fulfilled, you will receive tracking information via the email address you provided.

Timeframe & Cost
Born in Byron send all domestic parcels via Australia Post with tracking.

Standard shipping  $12.95 (up to 5kg)
Standard shipping heavy items $30.00 (5-10kg)
Express shipping  $18.95

Born in Byron is not responsible for Australia Post delivering to the incorrect address or for collection centres signing parcels over to the incorrect recipient.

Changes to your order
If you require any changes to your order; including incorrect address details contact us immediately at hello@borninbyron.com. 

If your order has already been processed, we are unfortunately unable to accept responsibility for incorrect details entered. However, if your parcel has not yet been dispatched we will do everything we can to amend your details as we want your items delivered safely to you.

International
Currently we are only able to offer Australian domestic shipping. Please know that we are working on international shipping options and these will be provided in the future.

Traditional Place Names
To acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land your item is being delivered to, you can include the traditional place name in the address field at checkout. 
When addressing mail, write the traditional place name after the recipient's name, but before the street address, suburb or town.
